FSW PANELS
Frequent use is made of FSW panels, that is Friction Stir Welding panels, in the megayacht building industry.
These aluminium composite extrusion panels are used for megayacht decks and walls because this results in highly streamlined and straight surfaces. This is, obviously, also an easy and fast working procedure that guarantees the required efficiency.

Snijtechniek-Brabant has had its machines converted especially for marking and cutting FSW panels. Currently, we can process panels up to 12,500 x 3,000 mm.
